Advertised Open Houses are held every 2 -3 weeks until an acceptable contract is received.  These Open Houses are supported with major, regional newspaper advertising, direct mail to the neighborhood residents and directional signage placement on nearby roads, as allowed by the municipalities and/or the HOA's (Home Owners' Associations.)
